How far will my money go in throughout the Czech Republic?

Travelling through the Czech Republic can be a great experience, and it doesn't have to break the bank. The local currency is the Czech Koruna (CZK), so it's a good idea to familiarise yourself with the exchange rate before you go. Prague is the most expensive city, but still offers great value for money.

Český Krumlov and Kutna Hora are both cheaper than Prague and offer plenty of interesting sights and activities. Transport is fairly cheap and you can usually get around by bus or train. Eating out is also reasonably priced, with a main course costing around 200-300 CZK. All in all, your money can go quite far in the Czech Republic.
